If you want to submit an article, write for us, or contribute in some way, please consider the following points:
- Guest posts must be related to health and fitness.
- All article submissions must be original content and plagiarism-free.
- You must provide at least 500 words of content.
- Guest posts must be free of grammatical errors.
- You must contribute content written in native English.
- Editorial links must be relevant to the content and add value to the reader’s intention.
- No spam, no links to promotional products, and only family-friendly content allowed.
There is a small fee for every article published, to cover our administrative costs. Please be aware of this before creating your contributor account. All submissions are reviewed by an editor before publishing. No instant publishing. We don’t expect Ph.D. level writing but do require that all blog posts be reasonably well-written, easy to understand and genuinely helpful to our readers.
